Dragonflies (2-3 year Old)
This program introduces our 2-3 year old preschoolers to a variety of activities to help prepare your child for learning by developing their understanding of new concepts, language, vocabulary and sensory motor skills.
In addition to introducing your toddler to plenty of songs, books and art projects, our Teachers follow your child's lead, responding to their interests to help them grow and learn with confidence.
Butterflies (4 -5 year olds)
We incorporate learning activities that focus on developing early-literacy and pre-writing skills with the three, four, and, five year old children.
This program offers a variety of stimulating learning experiences, including math and manipulatives, science and sensorial, reading and listening, writing, dramatic play, construction, design, creativity and art. This program allows children to make the transition to the elementary school classroom with confidence and ease. We help lay the foundation for problem solving, reading readiness, and the socialization that is crucial for well rounded children. We nurture their creativity while allowing them to develop their confidence which will ultimately help with successful transitions to kindergarten programs.
After School Programs
(Sunnyside Up Tigers After-School School Club)
The program was designed for the children by the children at Sunnyside up Childcare Center after school program. School-Age kids and their parents know that Sunnyside up is a fun, safe place to go after school. Kids can burn energy outside, spend time reading, playing games and doing art projects, getting help with homework, grab a snack and meet new friends.
Summer Camp Adventures
At Sunnyside Up’s summer camp program, our goals are simple: motivate, improve skills, enhance competitive spirit, develop team players, and have fun. We also strive to create an atmosphere of cooperation, exploration, and spirited fun. The many planned events, activities and outings plus spontaneous experiences create an interesting season.
Age appropriate activities center on weekly school-wide themes. Your child (ren) will participate in a wide variety of activities that includes swimming, movies, arts and crafts, sports, bowling, skating, and much more.
